Policies
Plain-English rules for using Klovr during private alpha.
Current status
Klovr is in private alpha. Alpha accounts are simulated: no deposits, no withdrawals, no funded capital, and no real-money trading.
Klovr's docs explain the product in plain English. The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any in-app rules control where they apply.
Policy summary
Private alpha
Private alpha access is limited. Klovr may approve, pause, restrict, or remove accounts to protect the product, leaderboard, users, and future protocol.
Alpha participation helps build early Klovr reputation through simulated trading, points, leaderboard activity, and future Passport distribution.
No deposits or withdrawals
Klovr private alpha does not accept trader deposits and does not support withdrawals.
Simulated balances, simulated PnL, leaderboard points, and Passports are not withdrawable balances.
No identity verification
No government ID is required to use Klovr's simulated private alpha.
Jurisdiction restrictions, sanctions controls, wallet-risk checks, payment checks, age checks, fraud prevention, and abuse controls may still apply.
Restricted access
Klovr may restrict access based on location, legal requirements, sanctions risk, wallet risk, abuse risk, or product availability.
Funded accounts and protocol features are expected to have stricter access controls than simulated alpha. U.S., U.K., and other restricted jurisdictions may be blocked unless legally approved.
Points and Passports
Points are the first reputation layer of Klovr.
They help rank alpha traders, shape leaderboard seasons, and support future Passport distribution. Performance Passports are built around trading behavior, risk discipline, challenge history, leaderboard activity, and account reputation.
Points and Passports are not cash, not deposits, not securities, and not withdrawable tokens.
Paid alpha access
If Klovr offers paid alpha access, the fee is for access to simulated software, evaluation, and product participation.
It is not a deposit, investment, stake, funded-account purchase, or right to future payout.
Prohibited conduct
Account actions
Klovr may adjust points, hide leaderboard entries, revoke Passport eligibility, pause accounts, cancel alpha access, or remove users if activity violates the rules or harms the product.
For private alpha, Klovr may also correct obvious bugs, data errors, or leaderboard issues.
Rule conflicts
The rules shown inside the app control the active challenge. If the docs and app conflict, follow the in-app rules before starting or continuing a challenge.
No advice
Klovr does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.
Alpha trading is simulated. Future funded-account features, if launched, will have separate rules, access requirements, and risk disclosures.
The goal
These policies are here to keep Klovr fair.
Private alpha should reward serious traders, clean participation, risk discipline, and genuine product feedback while protecting the leaderboard, Passport system, and future Klovr Proptocol.
